Introducing hot chunks Jay Bhanushali and Surveen Chawla, Hate Story 2 released on the 18th of July, 2014 and as per its opening day stats, the film has already surprised to gross a whopping sum of Rs 5.46crs, on its opening day.
The film, that had already shot up to some maddening craze with its steamy trailer and song releases seems to be catering quite at ease, to our masses. But yes, we hear that while the single screens are running rife with flooded ticket windows, the multiplexes are falling short of counts.
However, among the three films that opened on Friday - Hate Story 2, Amit Sahni Ki List and Pizza 3D - Hate Story 2 embarked on the best start with certain circuits opening to 40%-50%-60% occupancy, whereas, Amit Sahni Ki List and Pizza 3D opened up on a below average note!
Nevertheless, the opening weekend has always been a game changer. So, let's wait and watch who surprises to overtake, over this weekend.
